New Customers:  The cost is $50 for each month for the first 50 users.  You are restricted to growing beyond this number by a ChatSpace server setting.  You can order your ChatSpace server by clicking here or on the image  "ChatSpace" image on the right.
(You can have a 1000 registered users in your room - but only 50 at the same time.)

Current Customers: If you need more than 50 user please order an additional amount here by clicking on the 50 user item.  Add as many 50 users as you need. 
New customers should not be concerned about this until they really need it.  The average ChatSpace server has less than 50 users on them but technically a single ChatSpace server can host as many as 1000  users (which by then means you are dedicated).

Optional Transcript Services:  For registered rooms, if you need to keep records of all the activity beyond the standard 5 days offered with each chat room then consider our 60 day transcription service.  Your account will be configured to store transcripts in the SQL database server that drives the chat room for an extra 55 days.  (Please note that we cannot absolutely guarantee files on our network.)  Click here to order your transcription service.

Optional Dedicate IP for Customer URL:  You can customize your chat server with a dedicated IP.   (This will require the addition of a DNS record.)

For example, you can have
http://your-domain-name.com or http://chatsite.domain-name.com instead of http://chatsites.securewebs.com.
